Yes my name is Michael Horner... I myself was a finisher for almost 5 years , then I ended up getting into overlay technology.... Breaking down chemical structures and compositions.... And for the last , just about decade here in the Colorado Springs Area.... And if your worried about durability etc. I've got hard evidence in past jobs , even that I filmed back in 2013 & 2014 , then this spring I decided to go film them for a 2nd time .., litterally 6 & a half years later , this stuff not only holding up but the natural random slate pattern that we did , oxidized over that period of time and only got better looking over the course of that time frame... What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I typically like to get a brief run down of the situation at hand. At which point then either schedule an estimate & Counciltation.. either of which we can schedule in person or via video conference.. After the initial counciltation, Myself or one of my crew members will then draw up a physical copy of an estimate..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the Concrete Industry now for the better part of 18 years.. I've now been working on the coatings end of things going on 13 years.. I have countless jobs and over 10 years experience serving the local area.

Make sure you do your homework. Grab atleast 3 bids before making any kind of financial decisions .. And Make sure the company your dealing with has got atleast alittle history and also whom takes pride in there work
