Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get a call, we first determine what areas the client wants to have cleaned. We will ask about any particular stains or areas of concern. On larger homes, we may need to do an on-site estimate. Once the estmate has been provided, we find a date and time that works best. Our techicians will text or call when they are on the way. We clean the areas desired and leave a copy of our written guaranatee with every client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bacheolor of Science in Project management and multiple certifications with the Institute for Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes,
A standard Bedroom about 10x15 = $52.00
A larger room that is 150-225 sf = $78.00
A double sized room, about 300 sf = $104
1 hall way is $19 to $36 depending on length
1 flight of stairs (approx 15 steps) = $52
Pet urine treament and carpet protector is extra.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with home-owners, property managers, realtors and business owners. We clean homes, schools, churches, offices and restaurants.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently cleaned a rental home and the landlord was afraid the carpets were ruined. We were able to get the carpets so clean she was amazed. She was very happy with the results and she was able to get a tenant moved in much sooner than she expected.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't choose the cheapest cleaner. It is likely he has no liability insurance or does not background check his workers. Also he probably does not pay his workers much and may be more likely to break things and steal from you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should know the approximate sizes of each room and whether or not there are pet urine stains or odors. Customers should ask if the cleaner is using a truck-mounted system or a cheap portable unit.
