About this pro

Hydro Clean stands out from our competition because we invest in training our employees. All of our employees are certified by the Institue for Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). In many other comapnies, the owner has official training, but not the technicians. We spend the time and money to make sure we have to most eduvated technicians. Additionally all of our work is guaranteed.

I enjoy serving our customers and helping them live in a clean home with better indoor air quality. Having happy repeat clients who recommend us is our goal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we get a call, we first determine what areas the client wants to have cleaned. We will ask about any particular stains or areas of concern. On larger homes, we may need to do an on-site estimate. One the estmate has been provided we find a date and time that works best. Our techicians will call when they are on the way. We clean the areas desired and leave a copy of our written guaranatee with every client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bacheolor of  Science in Project management and multiple certifications with the Institute for Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

A larger room that is 150-225 sf = $55.00

A double sized room, about 300 sf = 74

How did you get started teaching?

I have been an instructor for over 10 years and have trained over 25,000 students. My teaching expertise has allowed me to help customers understand why we clean the way we do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with home-owners, property managers, realtors and business owners. We clean homes, schools, churches, offices and restaurants.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We recently cleaned a rental home and the landlord was afraid the carpets were ruined. We were able to get the carpets so, clean, she was amazed. She was so happy with the results and she was able to get a tenant in much sooner than she expected.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Don't choose the cheapest cleaner. It is likely he has no liability insurance, does not background check his workers. Also he probably does not pay his workers much and may be more likely to break things and steal from you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Customers should know the approximate sizes of each room and whether or not there are pet urine stains or odors. Customers should ask if the cleaner is using a truck-mounted system or a cheap portable unit.
