What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment with the customer to understand their needs and inspect the home. We determine what the best options are too meet the customer's needs. After discussing the options, we schedule the project! Green Shield keeps in constant communication with the customer throughout the process. After the project is complete, we make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of government, commercial, and residential roofing experience. I've worked for some of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the nation. I have been certified and trained by many top roofing manufacturers. I hold general contractor's, roofing, and siding licenses and certifications.
