Our house cleaning approach is based on your needs and requirements, instead of following a specific check list approach, we look at your property and ask ourselves "What needs to be done here to do things right?" this way we are able to remain flexible and better meet your needs. What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Q) "Do I have to be present during the cleaning ?"
A) This is entirely up to you, we don't require you to be presented during the cleanings. Our cleaning teams are very task oriented and experienced.
Q) What items are extra and not included in the regular cleanings?
A) The items that are billed individually include: Refrigerator interior, Oven, Blinds, Window Cleaning, Wall Washing, Window Tracks, cabinet interiors and Hardwood Floor Polishing.
Q) How many people are in every cleaning team ?
A) For the most part our cleaning team consists of two individuals. We believe in providing you with smaller cleaning teams that you can always count on. Once we assign a cleaning team to you, it will always be the same people, this allows for higher accountability, trust and relationship building
Q) Do you offer weekend and same day service?
A) Yes. Our cleaning teams work Monday through Saturday and even Sundays when needed. In most cases we can also provide you with same or next day cleaning service.
