Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we usually talk or text about the Aqua Cleanse cleaning process. The new customer might have a few questions that I'll answer for them. Then, we go over logistics like scheduling and email confirmations. On the day of the cleaning, the customer will receive a confirmation text. After the cleaning, we accept payment, and a follow-up letter is mailed about a week later.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked as a carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaner since 2004. We are also certified by the IICRC for water and mold remediation
