About
We are a Design/Build firm providing "One Stop Shopping" – 3D Architectural / Structural Renderings, Interior Design Services, Landscape/Hardscape Designs, Plans and Permits for New Construction and Remodeling Projects---expertise in hillside and difficult lot.
Our team will focus our effort around (3) key areas during new construction or remodeling your existing home:
Comfort
Functional lay–out
Lower energy usage
We wouldn’t feel right building you a project that we know is going to cost you a lot of money over the long term. We are a quality builder and a firm believer of planning, organization and a skilled work force.
We have added another feature to all our new construction projects recently. In addition to the free installation of the water purification system in our new kitchens, we are installing an electric car charger in the garage and solar panel lines to the roof for future use at no charge.
This is all part of our goal as your builder to lower the energy usage as well as purifying the air and water inside our new homes & remodels.
I learned construction from my father and my daughter, Christine has joined our company. We are a third generation company and we love to build thoughtful projects for our clients and their families.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to spend our time on the first meeting. Ask questions, tour the home, get to know the clients needs, asses the property and find out what they can do according to the building codes, and then we design the space. We give the client conceptual drawings before the plans are drawn or construction starts. We like to have a solid plan before we begin any construction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters in mathematics, every year my staff and I take design courses with ASID and we do weekly training on the latest and greatest construction products.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have very competitive pricing. We have been in business for a long time and base our pricing off of similar jobs we have done and also we get three quotes for parts of the jobs we subcontract out. Everyone we use on our jobs is licensed and insured. We get real numbers from reliable and high quality craftsmen.
How did you get started in this business?
