Since 1987 we have been in the cleaning business. We've always kept the business small and personable, just the way we like it. We work in the area we grew up in and enjoy seeing our customers out and about Lamorinda and Tri-Valley areas.
With over 3 decades cleaning, we've had time to add numerous services to accommodate consumers needs and streamline the maintenance issues we all face. That said, we clean carpets, tile, grout, stone, wool rugs, upholstery, leather. We resurface stone to hone or polish finish and will do minor carpet stretching and repairs.
Our most common service "need" has to do with pets...odors, urine and staining, all of which are sure to come out with proper methods employed and the right people behind the wheel.
Our most popular services are stone polishing and sealing, tile and grout cleaning, and annual carpet cleanings. We have this down and achieve results that put a smile on all our faces. That just never gets old. As you'll see on our site, we have always had a passion about restoring things and prefer it over buying things new. Something about breathing life back in to something that was thought to be done.
That said, we are customer rated with Diamond Certified, IICRC Certified, BBB members and are manufacturer warranty approved.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Direct phone calls are best. Also we will check our emails at the days end if you're not in a hurry

IICRC Certified Tech as well as CRI approved in organic and non toxic cleanser use. IICRC Certified Firm which means we've been manufacturer approved to uphold consumers warranties by use of state-of-the-art equipment, methods and processes used for safe and residue free cleanings.
