What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a compimentry in-home estimate, in some cases a free follow up meeting is needed. Working with us you will have a dedicated Project Manager who will be supervising the entire project until completion. The Project Manager will visit the job site on a daily basis and supervise our various crews needed t complete a smooth process.
If need a meeting woth our in home Design team will be set up, with your dedicated Project Manager to create plans, 3D Designs and more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, bonded and insured. We are lead removal certified, mold removal specialsts.
Our team consits of Designers, Project Managers, General Contactors, Electricians, Plummers etc.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We typically charge an intial deposit (no greater than $1,000)and then we provide a broken down payment schedlue based on job completions in order until final payment.
The payment schedule will be a part of your wrien estimate and conttract.
