What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many of our customers have been with us from the beginning so they are like family to us, but that does not mean we do not have room for a new family members. We love to meet every request that our customers ask for it may takes us a short while to figure out how you like these done but do not worry, we are quick studies.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
When we got new customers for house cleaning always the first cleaning is a little more expensive, but we care about our customers so we offer good deals when they start to request cleaning more often.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customer base is diverse. We clean homes, apartments in urban and suburban areas. We are professionals in Move out/in cleaning but we also have a lot customers for a long time doing Cleaning Services with us.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Communicate. If you want something done a certain way or a certain product used on your hardwood floors for example just let us know and we will happily accommodate all special requests for all types the services that we offer.
