What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we like to have a personal one on one meeting, like to hear their expectations as well as if the client will fit our company, no job is too small or too big, but we understand that it is your investment and your area where you will seclude from daily work or school problems. so we value that your home is your palace approach. after meeting we discuss designs, choices and financing and time lines so we can all be on same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
for 14 years we have been having continuing education, we go to trade shows, vendor seminars, we belong to national kitchen and bath association and they provide a lot of informational webinars from management to the best new products on the market

as an investor for rental properties, later a developer and continuing to represent investors for fix and flip properties

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
we are working with a client that for 2 years he purchased a vacant lot and we are moving to build 5 apartment units for rental and later condo conversion to sell, to include design, processing at the city and resale thru real estate agency.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
do not go for the cheapest one, handle the one that best click to your needs, the one that listens to your plans and can adapt to your necessities with out breaking the bank. expertise in not just construction but also knowledge of the market trend is a must.
