We give the customer a bid over the phone or in person and possibly schedual an appointment with them.

We have 31 years on the job experience.

We charge $35 per room. Each room is up to 12x14'.

How did you get started in this business?

I started when going to college to help pay bills.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with both residential and comercial customers for 31 years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Does the service provider use Dri-Pods or the Dry-Eaz Studabaker Super Fans? Super fans are for a quality job done right.

Make sure they have a warranty in place for at least 10 days for quality control purposes.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Quality assurance, does the service come with at least a 10 day warranty?
