What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when a prospective customer contacts me they ask for a quote. I usually introduce myself and let them know basic process of how we approach the work, thank them for contacting us and then provide a price estimate based on the information they provide. Next, reschedule a job and then On the appointed day and time I arrive and go over the details of what we will do be doing and how we will accomplish the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained by a carpet cleaning professional who had over 25 years experience in business using low moisture cleaning process.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Typically use a per square foot charge for carpet and floor cleaning and a linear foot charge for upholstery.

Friend sold me the equipment and trained me over several months time in various aspects of work.
