Imperial Services, founded in 1975 and based in Sonoma, CA, is a family-owned carpet, rug, tile, upholstery, and hard-surface cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients across the Sonoma Valley. The team operates an in-shop cleaning plant at 19451 B Riverside Drive and offers in-home service by appointment. Services include wall-to-wall carpet cleaning, oriental and area rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile cleaning for floors and counters, hard-surface cleaning for polished concrete and garage floors, vehicle interior cleaning, deodorizing, and carpet and fabric protection. Their process uses very high heat, approximately 190° water, for thorough cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces. Founded by Gene and Carolyn Marcinkowski and owned since 2005 by Amy and Andy Smith, the company maintains long-standing industry involvement; Andy Smith served as Northern California Director for the CFI trade association from 2017 to 2019. Community recognition includes being voted Best Carpet Cleaner in Sonoma in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. Imperial Services supports local schools, organizations, and small businesses.
