What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to come to the client's home/business to take any necessary measurements and discuss project scopes and proposed budgets. We can bring along flooring samples or schedule later appointments at our showroom in Palo Alto for material selections.

Since no two projects are the same, and materials can vary greatly on price and quality, there is no "standard" system of pricing. Please contact us to complete a proposed budget based on your needs.
How did you get started in this business?
After many years of being an installer himself, our founder and my father, Bill Berg, started Carpetworks in 1991. We've been in business ever since, employing 5 members of our immediate family, and placing our focus on competitive pricing and exceptional service.
