What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client at the job site, where review the project and go over their budget. At that time we inspect the property for any kind of problems we could see that the client may not be aware.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a California contractor's license and I have taken a number of special classes. I also have over 30 years of work experience. I come from a family of contractors.

How did you get started in this business?
My father and uncle were painting contractors. I worked for them in my early teenage years.

Residential, commerical, real estate agents - all types
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
Repaired a faulty deck installed by a homeowner. They were unable to sell their home because the deck would not pass inspection. We came up with a great idea and got it through the building department with flying colors. The homeowners were able to sell their house right away.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Meet with them and discuss the job. You will be able to tell their experience and if you would enjoy working with them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Each job is so different, best to have a meeting with the pro and walk through the job before beginning.
