Free Estimates over the Phone, After scheduling an Appointment for Cleaning, At time of arrival ,
do a Walk through with Customer to see any concerns and what areas need cleaning, Go over any possible Recomendations if any . All Recomendations are on a Optional Basis ,
Clean the carpet in question, when Completed
Do a walk through with Customer after cleaning is performed

We charge by the Area Not Square Footage
Minimum Service call Charge is $139 Good for up to 3 areas of first floor, Basic Deep Carpet Steam Cleaning, Each additional area to be cleaned has an additional charge of $35 each area, Stairs have additional Charges, This includes Pre-Conditioning & Spot Treatments of the Traffic areas and Standard Deodorizer, May have some restrictions call for further details
