Our Professional Technicans utilize the newest equipment and quailtiy product to provide a thorough deep cleaning process that dries quicker than most.
Unlike so many other methods, we will leave "No Sticky, dirt attracting residue behind".
We use a clean water rinise as part of every cleaning we do. Our Truck Mounted Deep Steam Extraction method will leave your Carpets, Upholstery, Mattresses healthier, softer and smelling fresh when we are done.
We do not use fragrances in our process, we believe clean is the best smell out there with out perfumes or man made fragrances.
Our TRuck mounted System is so powerful and it produces water temperatures upto 240 degrees which will kill bacteria, mold, mildew, dust mites, flea larva, and many other microscopic parasites that lurk in your carpets.
If your not satisfied we're not satisfied. Call us back with in 14 days of original service and if spots or problem areas come back so do we at no additional charge (unless it is a new spot or stain) then we will work with you on a sliding fee scale.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to take the time to know there specific needs and requests if any. We also discuss allwork to be done and give them an estimate based on the information they provide to us over the phone. When we arrive we will discuss the work and if there is something they may have missed we will discuss the price difference prior to starting the work. If they have concerns about stains we will go over those as well. We also will recommend they inspect carpet after our service to make sure that they are happy before we leave. If they are not them we keep trying till they are happy or we're exhausted.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained in our facility by a senior member of our team. Additional training can be obtained through IICC and a credidations will be added to there employee file. They have hands on training for spotting, stain removal and pet odor treatments.
