Describe a recent event you are fond of.

A customer's master bathroom carpet looked almost like they had painted it black. With a strong pre-spray and lots of The Natural, it came out looking almost brand-new! The video and more like it is on our facebook.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

If they take time to talk with you instead of just handing you a quote, you'll know they're interested in more than just cleaning. Be very careful of the bait and switch, and if the price seems too low, that's usually because it is.
