It all starts with a GOOD design/plan- - design fees start @$1500, but initial design consultation is freeeeeeeee! :)
Words can't describe the pure joy one gets from creating a really cool design that exceeds the clients expectation- - no matter how many times I do that (& I've been doing it a LONG time) It's still a rush each & every time. I have a saying- - -" there are no good jobs, just good clients"- -& I've been blessed with some really good clients over the years !!! We've done 15' x 15' interior atriums up to a 1.8 million $ project on two lots in Pelican Hill. This is such a joy,I can't imagine ever fully retireing.

I was called to a project to give a quote on an existing plan the client had paid for but didn't feel comfortable with the designer/contrtactor. The owner asked my opinion of the design & I cringed & told him the truth- -" if you pay $100,000 (+) to have that installed, you will be depressed everytime time you drive up to your home" .They wanted a low water garden in their front yard w/ drought tolerant plantings. They got a "pot" fountain with a non-sensical dry stream bed. We fixed it & they are very happy!!!
