What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Most of our customers prefer to have an aerial measurment of their propertyand a phone consultation before we move forward with property inspection . This allows the homeowner to discuss over the phone the different options available to them and allows us to educate the customer on any concerns they may have about their particular project before we do a property inspection in person.It also gives them an idea of a ballpark cost for their roof without any pressure .
