What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact Roof Doctors to order an inspection of the roof either by phone 800-913-1180 or by submitting a request off of our website at www.roofdoctors.com. Once the roof is inspected an estimate is provided to the person that requested the roof inspection. If agreeable, a Home Improvement Contract is signed and executed and the repairs are completed. Repairs are invoiced after completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Roof Doctors is a California licensed C-39 roofing contractor with the California Contractors State License Board since 1987.
