Typically I will ask them exactly what they need cleaned, and the time frame there looking to get it cleaned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught by one of the industries great's, who has more than 40 years of experience.
Freddy Harris is still my mentor. I'm still able to glean from him today at 70 plus years of age he has all the knowledge and know how any cleaning professional needs.
