What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us we will find out whats got them concerned and when it would be convenient to come and look at there problem so we can offer the best options to fix it
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state of califorina requires that you apprentice in the field for 7yrs (for br2 & br3 ) just to qualify to take the operators license test and require continuing education hrs to maintain it before that i earned my living as a carpenter (framer,finish carpenter,cabniet maker)
