What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with and interview each new customer to make sure we are a good fit for each other and the project. We are happy to work on budgets or estimates based on our customer’s needs.

We are licensed General Contractors with a Dual (KB-1) License qualified to work on commercial and residential projects. We have a +20 year track record of professionalism and success in general contracting in Arizona. Our principle is a Certified Construction Manager with over 30 year experience in contracting and trade work.

We are happy to provide budget numbers or estimates depending on our customers’ needs and available construction documents. We have relationships with architects, draftsmen, and designers to help take your concept from pre-planning through completion.
How did you get started in this business?
Our principal came up through the trades and eventually moved into project management for a general contracting firm before branching out with his own company. We work with homeowners, commercial real estate investors, property managers, and asset managers (depending on the type of project).
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We are actively remodeling a unique hill side property on near the head of Camelback Mountain. The owner is a construction litigation attorney; if we can keep him happy we can keep you happy.
