What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very simple we knock on the door and ring the doorbell we are deuce our self we give them a business card and let them know they were there to do the windows and then we ask him to walk us around where the property is so we can exactly see what needs to be done and then we let them know exactly how we're gonna clean the windows and the screens if they have any questions feel free to ask.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We actually started a business back in 1993 we've been doing windows for that long and also carpets as well and we also added a new service to our businessIt's called electric static and what that is about is that we spray for the virus the method we use as we have a sprayer and it's called 360 affect and what that means is that if you shoot it something what it does it surrounds it and I guess it's a 360 effect because the machine and we use is 75% stronger than gravity so it allows us to not only disinfect the front but also both sides and also the back
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do have a standard price for windows it's eight dollars for a regular window pane anything above that where it's bigger then you have either two windows three windows or four windows combine and at one window pain when we clean the windows we wipe off the window frames on both sides we also make sure that we get the window tracks and if you have any regular bug screensWe will wipe those off on both sides at no extra cost if you have summer screens those are four dollars apiece for both sides.
How did you get started in this business?
The way I got started in the business I worked on oil rigs for 23 years when I got out my nephew I just came back from the golf war so we were sitting down having a couple of years and I told him I wanted to start a cleaning business and I didn't know what I would call it so he brought up the fact about Kelly's desert storm queen so I thought that was pretty appropriate so I went with it every every sense.
