Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer makes contact via email, call, fax, or even text we add customer information into our system and assign it to one of your professional estimators. They then give the customer a call and set up a time and date to come by and inspect the issue and provide a solution which is provided in one of our free estimates. We try to give you the knowledge to make an informed decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our suppliers along with manufacturers of products offer continuing education in all facets of the roofing trade which we attend and or read up on.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We wish there was something as simple as a standard square foot price but every roof is different. It all depends on the roof design and layout!
How did you get started in this business?
We were in other contracting trades when we decided to settle on roofing. We wanted to concentrate on one trade to provide the best service possible.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers including goverement buildings such as USPS and also several different commercial buildings from LA Fitness to 99 cents only stores! We have worked on basically every type of residential roof that there is to work on here in the valley!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The super bowl is coming up! Who isn't excited to watch that? If not for the game then for the commercials!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It's important that your contractor is licensend and insured. It is also important that you are educated on your decision. Hopefully your contractor (no matter the trade) teaches you along the way and helps you to understand the functionality of what it is the service or product offers. Also be sure to have everything on a contract, it protects everyone involved!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are they licenense and insured? What products will they be using or is their a product you want them to use? Are there instanceses where you can run into additional charges? Am I ready to move forward with this work or am I just thinking for the future?
