What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it's over the phone or in person I always ask the basics how many restrooms, bathrooms,etc and exactly what type of cleaning the customer is looking for basic,deep cleaning,move out etc,since I don't charge by the hour I charge by the job my prices are anywhere from $150 to$ 300 for the first cleaning any other time I return to the home for another cleaning my prices would be from $75 to $120
It all depends on the type of job and the difficulty but my prices are very reasonable .also when I show up to a job I go straight to work ,when I am finished i let the customer know and customer will pay with cash or cash app and that's pretty much it
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 15 years in the business I've had opportunities to work with several different people and leaned alot of different cleaning and organizing technics that are efficient and safe time but give you the best results.

My prices are per job not per hour ,whether the job takes 5 hours or 2 hours the price will not change my prices are very affordable
