About
Shelter Rock Remodel and Repair takes care of general maintainance and or changes within or around the home from plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, painting and roofing to Ductless A/C install (EPA 608 CERT) as well as kitchen, bath, and home remodels.
I keep honesty and integrity foremost in my work with satisfactory and/or above expected results. Communication is essential and kept forefront during the construction process. If I see that the customers request is beyond my expertise I will attempt redirecting them in the best direction possible.
I am NOT licensed, bonded, or insured. I choose rather to have a working relationship with my customers on a personal basis that is long lasting, proven, and effective. I do provide references upon request and let my work confirm the rest.
My goal is Jesus, so my work reflects this core belief - "Work that reflects my Saviour".
Jesus said, "...whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock."
I enjoy the interaction (ups and downs) with the customers in their adventure that they have embarked on.

Also worked closely with master tilers, framers, electricians and plumbers in years coinciding. Formally trained at NTI (HVAC-R) and received EPA Cert 608 in 2020.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked for established businesses such as Pinnacle Peak Country Club and Leo Veterinary Care. Subcontracted for Precision Carpentry Inc. Working moslty with home owners and landlords in residential living.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I thouroughly enjoyed recently seeing a customer get the victory over a clog in a main drain that had been there for weeks as they were afraid to call local plumbing companies due to the extremely high rates.
I was also very blessed after insalling a 3 Ton Ductless unit for a family that had not had a cool summer in Arizona for years!
Was cheered when a long term customer of mine enjoyed there newly renovated shower remodel.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If I have received a professional's information aside from word of mouth I would definitely try to get references to see what others are saying of their services and willingness to be there for you, the customer.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Regarding remodels - What are my wants and what are my needs? What am I willing to spend on the things I really want? Is it worth the trade off?
Regarding repairs - If I repair the issue and another issue arises, am I willing to take care of that problem knowing that I will have less costly ones in the future?
