I enjoy the gratitude received from people when we bring their vision to light! I also enjoy the interaction with people and expertise that I can provide to them. Growing my small business is something I am proud of and it wouldn't be possible without my clients. They say the only way to be successful is to love what you do, and I enjoy it all.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to get in contact with our clients over the phone or email to go over their job requirements and provide them with a FREE estimate. The estimate will be a rough estimate based on sq/ft calculations on the materials and labor requirements for the job. After this, clients are usually interested in seeing our showroom for ideas as well as visually inspecting material and the quality of product they will receive.
The next step in the process is to proceed with a more accurate in-depth quote for their job. Upon request, SIBER will proceed to schedule an on-site consultation with the client. This typically takes between 2-4 hours based on the size and scope of work required. At this appointment the client and SIBER will form a Service Agreement prior to a formal Contract Agreement for the job. At this appointment we will travel to your location and tak professional measurements, photos and notes about the space. Professional consultation about the new layout and materials will be discussed in-depth with the client during this time as well.
The Service Agreement will state that the initial consult will be FREE of charge provided the client decides to enter into a formal Contract Agreement for their job. The Service Agreement also stipulates that the client agrees to pay for materials requested in writing prior to the formal Contract Agreement. This is important in the case that the client has strict timelines that need to be met and delaying back-ordered materials isn't an option. We pride ourselves with punctuality and meeting our clients needs on time.
After the consult, and per the clients written request, standard 2D designs of the layout will be created. This will include the overall floorplan as well as elevations of the area. Once the client approves the layout design and cabinets required, an accurate quote of the approved layout will be provided.
If the client approves the pricing and layout, a formal Contract Agreement for the work to be performed will follow. Upon signing the agreement, deposits will be made and materials will be ordered. The journey will officially begin!
Incremental payments will be a part of the contract so that the client feels secure throughout the process. It is structured this way so that payments are only made when material is ordered, delivered and when work is started and completed.
Overall we are eager to please and want to have a positive experience with anyone we do business with. We can't wait to start your new journey with us!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to starting my own business I had worked with construction companies as well as an engineering firm. I have experience at the highest degree when it comes to project management and engineering. After launching my own business, I now focus on providing the highest quality as well as competetively priced work/materials for all of my clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have formulated rough sq/ft calculations for all material and work to be performed from SIBER for a wide variety of job requirements. This can be given over the phone prior to any on-site visits provided the client has sq/ft measurements at hand. Photos also help when looking for specific material or questions about layout, so having those handy is a plus as well.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in construction early and have perfected my trade over the past 12 years persuing careers within the industry and now operating my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different clients and many different needs associated with them. I have ran the gambit of high-end fully automated jobs to standard kitchen & bath designs. I have also worked in both commercial and residential spaces. No client is too big or too small for SIBER to handle.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would take note of quality and price, it is important to weigh cost/benefit analysis when deciding on your remodel. One thing to be wary of is the source of materials, there are a lot of "high-end" suppliers that get or import materials from china an provide cheap low-end materials at high-end price tags. Also factor in what type of hardware is used as well, low end hardware is bound to fail. We are competetive in pricing and the materials we offer are made here in the US. We will only use the best materials and hardware that are made to last for our clients.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about your layout and how you envision your new space. Ideas from pinterest, google etc. will help you as well as your contractor get an understanding of exactly what you are looking for. A good contractor should be able to help you navagate what you are envisioning and also be able to provide suggestions to fit your budget.
