Final Touch Roofing, Inc. was officially created in 2000 by Doug & Tiffany Hayes. Since 1999 Doug has been involved with the roofing business and has become very knowledgeable and experienced in the roofing industry and other related trades. Final Touch Roofing has shown consistent growth over the years and we are striving to become the first company potential customers call for their roofing and other needs such as gutters, siding, painting, and windows. We believe that our customers are #1 and customer satisfaction is always our main goal. Our best advertisement is word-of-mouth from our customers who are genuinely happy with the work we performed.
Our sales staff consist of very sincere, knowledgeable, and honest professionals who can handle our customers needs whether it be residential or commercial roofing systems. Cody Dorsey and Blake Lester are there day or night always willing to help where needed.
Our office staff consists of Trish Collum our Office Manager and Project Coordinator, Samantha Ward our Repair Coordinator, and Cher Barrett our Bookkeeper. Our staff goes out of their way to ensure 100% satisfaction with every step of your new roofing system.
Final Touch Roofing has earned numerous professional certifications in the industry. For example, GAF Certified Green Roofer, CertainTeed Certified Select Shingle Master Installer, and one of the only Gerard Certified Stone Coated Steel Roofing system installers in the state of Arkansas. Final Touch Roofing is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, HSV Chamber of Commerce, National Roofing Contractors Association, the Better Business Bureau, and has donated labor and materials for Habitat for Humanity houses in the Hot Springs area.
