About
My work speaks for itself. I get the job done right, and right the first time. I stand behind everything I do, and on the rare occasion I happen to get a call back, it automatically gets top priority on my list of things to do, no excuses. I am a solo provider which has its pros and cons. Con - it may take me slightly longer to complete larger projects. Pro - it guarantees that you will have a professional on the job from start to finish that cares more about his customers satisfaction than his customers money. I've always been a one man show and have spent many years investing in the tools and equipment and learning all the tricks to safely and efficiently perform almost any task to get the job done.
I enjoy every aspect of what I do. If I had to choose one thing specifically, I would have to say when I follow up with a customer a couple of weeks after I have fully completed the job they hired me to do to ensure they are still fully satisfied with the service I provided and they have no complaints and are very happy, that's what makes it all worth it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is gathering detailed information about a customers needs. Information such as accurate measurements, quantities, qualities, dates, timelines, how materials will be sourced and provided (either by yourself or by me), etc. If you know all of these things before hand that's great, if not, then I would be happy to schedule a time to meet with you in person and gather all related information needed. Meeting in person has many benefits that you and I both can take advantage of. Most importantly, it provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other better on a more personal level that will never be achievable online. This is arguably the most important phase in any project because it is what enables me to provided the most accurate estimate for you to determine if it falls within your budget and gives you the confidence that both parties have made the best decision investing in each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I absolutely love to learn. I spend countless hours researching and fully educating myself on everything I do. From learning something brand new for the first time, to discovering better ways to do something I've done a thousand times. Not only do I put in the time hitting the books and making great use of my resources, I dedicate just as much time and effort into actually performing, perfecting and putting what I've learned into action. A true master tradesman never stops learning and never stops perfecting and refining his craft.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My prices are competitive and fluctuate with the current state and trends of related markets that are updated on a monthly basis.
How did you get started in this business?
I was raised on the value and belief that if it breaks, you fix it. Too many people in my generation and the younger generation are raised to believe that if it breaks, you throw it away and go buy a new one. It's unfortunate because it's disabling our future and forcing what I do to become a rare and dying art.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The only type of customers I've worked with are those that are as dedicated and driven to getting things done as I am.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have your ducks in row. Be serious. Have your finances, budget and timeline figured out and be ready to follow through and pull the trigger. I respect your time, you respect mine.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Every project is different and every customers needs are different so instead of trying to list specific questions let me just say this; there's a reason you're looking to hire a professional for whatever it may be, and it the reason is usually the lack of one of two things or a combination of the two. Those things are either the lack of time, lack of ability or both. There's no shame in either of those things. There's no shame in either of those things because typically the time you don't have is dedicated to the abilities you do have, that you rely on to provide for you and your family and enables you to be able to afford the luxury of hiring someone like me to take care of the things you don't have the time or ability for. With that being said, it's never a bad idea to be an informed consumer and to try to find a little time to do some homework and arm yourself with the appropriate questions to ask that I would be happy and more than capable of answering for you. Granted, I will always do my best to be as informative as I can as well as transparent about everything that I do for you, but I'm not perfect, I am human and I always have a lot going on!
