What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a convienent time to meet the potential client so I can introdue myself and look at the project. I then ask what client's the vision is for the finished room or space is and communicate a plan for executing it. I then get them a detailed written quote, and if hired I set up the scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by Wi Dept of Health & Family services as a Lead(PB) Abatement Supervisor.
City of Milwaukee Licensed Home Improvement Contractor
All employees are trainrd in EPA Lead Safe Worker practices.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do not do standad pricing. I taylor each quote to the unique architectureal details and conditions of the given project to insure a fair, accurate bid.
How did you get started in this business?
I began in the trade working for a non-profit community organization. After moving on to high end painters in the North Shore area, I decided to start my own firm in 2002. We grew as a company the first few years and made the call to stay mid-size and focus on high quality work.

I have successfully completed projects for: designers, private homeowners, business associations, condominium associations, artists, restaurants, taverns, retail, high rise commercial developers, artists, new residential construction, churches, manufacturing, hotel, shopping mall, Federal government, custom fabricators, municipalities, and more
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Empty Bowls: charity where over 2,000 bowls were hand crafted by local artists and volunteers filled them with delicious soups from local restaurants. Proceeds go to local agencies addressing food insecurities in various communities. Can't beat good food for a good cause.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a company in your area of expertise?
Ask your neighbors. Go local; ask for a reference list in your immediate area. Make sure the quote is clear and detailed in both scope and terms, and most importantly, trust your instincts!
