What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would make an appointment to visit with
Customer at their convenience. We would discuss
Their ideas and options to be proposed on plan.
Next I would measure up the site to get all
Views and considerations desired .
I would go to the office and plan out the design
upon consideration.
When completed with design and estimate
give a call for follow up appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the nursery industry most of my life.
I graduated from the University of Minnesota
Waseca for nursery amed garden center
management and landscape design.
Associate Degree in Applied Scince in
Horticulture.

General thoughts on the site will be discussed

Plans desired will be priced according to the size
Of project. Computer designs
Vary 150.00 to 500.00 depending on size of landscape project.
The payment on design fee will be deducted
from total bill.
A customer can purchase the plan design fee
and install their own plants and materials.

I worked after high school in our family
nursery business.

I have worked with many customers on their

lawn seeding. sod installation, planting, retraining
wall installation. brick patio construction, and
