What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We inquire about the needs of our customers first and then make the best recommendation of service based off of their needs and desires. We offer an array of discount options to new clients and offer very competitive pricing in order to help them make the best decision for their property. We answer any questions they may have and do a full evaluation of the property if needed or requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each employee within our company is certified in all necessary categories that pertain to the service performed on their properties. Management does yearly training with the employees to freshen up their skills and ensure they are doing exactly what needs to be done out in the field. Several employees have college degrees not all pertaining to this field however have developed a great deal of knowledge after doing many years of service over the years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do not have a standard basis of pricing. Many factors come in to play such as: Lawn Size, Location, Difficulty of property, and the need for special equipment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. Residential and Commercial. Some that wish to have a golf course lawn and others that just wish to keep the weeds down and keep their costs down.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise getting quotes from a couple of companies and also seeing what those companies offer such as additional features. For Example: our company sends out pre-notifications via email the day prior to all treatments. We also have a client portal system in which our customers can ask questions, review past services, pay invoices via credit card, etc... Another thing our company offers is pre-pay discounts, referral discounts ($25 for both the customer and referral) and other promotions.
