What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a customer contacts our service center after reding about us on our website, facebook or other sources. A MissionONE representative will answer the phone and take a request for an estimate or to schedule a job. We usually can give a price for some services immediately, including a time and date for service. If necessary, we schedule a service call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MissionONE Landscaping Technicians have been providing landscaping services since 1972. So, we have significant experiernce with a wide range of landscaping projects. In addition, we ensure that our technicians are well trained via the United Regional Opportunity Center training programs. There our staff is trained in OSHA safety standards, equipment use and maintenance and other aspects of landscaping work.
