What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I'm contacted, we discuss what type of work they are considering getting done. Then we setup a date and time to get a walkthrough done of the location where the work will be done, and I run numbers and provide them with a reasonable price for the job. When they want the work done is when it gets done, they never have to wait.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with cleaning companies for 8 years, so I've learned everything you can know about cleaning and what to use to complete a job effectively.
