Kitchen – countertops scrubbed down, sinks scoured, general cleaning of exterior of appliances and exterior of cabinets.
Hard Surface Floors – vacuumed then hand washed for best results. (bathrooms, kitchens and foyers)
Carpets – utilizing two different types of vacuums for the deepest clean.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when a customer contacts us we would outline the specific routine that we have develpoed over the years that our crews follow on every clean.
Then we would get the approxmate square footage and all rooms and bathrooms that the customer would like cleaned. So we can put it in our computer system to figure out your price right then.
Our prices break down four ways, we have 1st time/Ocassioanl cleans, Monthly, every other week, and weekly. So each fequency would have a different price since the more we frequent your house the less time it should take. We also DON'T have any contracts so if for whatever reason you need to stop it is no problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have had two offices open in the area for a combined total of over 30 years. We have seen and handled it all.

This is a family owned and ran business that has been servicing the area for decades.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have over the years worked with every kind of cleaning customer you could imagine. Ranging from Standard cleans, Deep Cleans, Move out, Move in, Small offices, Fire damage, Water damage...we have done it all!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
First, I always encourage poeple to hold off till they can have it regularly, once you start it is hard to stop.
Are they Insured and bonded?
How long have they been in business and what are the reveiws like?
Do they have any contract that will make me contiue to use them even if they are not doing a good job?
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What day would work best for you? Sometimes the day of the week that works best for your schdule can keep your house cleanier for longer. If you are busy during the week, getting it cleaned on Mondays could make it still look like it was just cleaned come Friday. Maybe you want it cleaned on Fridays so it is ready to host for the weekends. Find out what would work best for your lifestyle.
