What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and do a free consultation. We can give you an estimate over the phone. We believe it's important to meet new customers. Cleaning Associates Inc. Develops a room plan for our residential clients. We also develop a proposal for our commercial clients. We schedule appointments based on the customer needs and our need to have excellent workers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the cleaning industry since I was very young. I decided I would start my own cleaning company. I worked for numerous of cleaning companies. I got great experience working for these different companies. I got CMI certified.

The prices varies based on the complexity of the job.
How did you get started in this business?
I started at the downtown library doing research on how to start a cleaning company. I also started marketing. I went in to WWBIC and took several business courses.

We have worked at lounges, retail stores, medical clinics, churches, fitness centers, parks, restaurants, property managements places, vacant unit cleaning, Towlot's and residential homes

The customer should think about there cleaning needs. This way when they call a pro they can have an individual plan built to cater the customer needs.
