What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact we discuss the customers needs we do not try to do a service that they may not need , once we have a work scope set in place service can start that same day we are a Commerical Cleaning Service with a Residential side.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been through a courses that ranges from use of certain Hospital Grade Cleaners ,Clean Path, Clearing contamination,use of High Grade Equietment

We do not have a set price we have a low but we see what the needs of our clients are and we set the scope based on there budget its a company thing we have excusive it is you can have a budget that you may have and we will set your scope using all your idea's and area that you want service on and fit the budget and the service starts from there
How did you get started in this business?
We are second generation Commerical Detail Specialist and have loved growing up in a family that does what they do because from our prespective its a art (cleaning) we are a group of hard working professionals .

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Well we got a call about a kids pay land that needed to be sprayed to prevent the covid-19 issue and with that being said i personally went and sprayed it myself this showed our employees that i will still work for our money and our family is always in motion.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that they have backing and a support sysyem in place to cover any issues that may come up and are not just doing this as a side thing because mistakes could couse more damage then the cost of the job
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much they have to spend and is that budget working to fit the work done and understand that corners cant be cut
