Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obtaining their contact information and inquiring what service demands they desire, as well as assisting their needs until they are met. Also, as a cleaner I always ask if the customer wants to have me use their cleaning supplies or pay $15.00 more and I will provide the cleaning products!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cleaned privately in my past and as a warehouseman for the last 30 years I've cleaned up some dirt in my lifetime. Also, I spent a few days working for Merry Maids and another cleaning service that didn't provide me enough hours in Delavan, WI just last year. I grew up in a very clean home and aspire to clean homes in a positive manner.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It depends but is very affordable and detail oriented. The cost of product used to clean, as well as the space and time. I average around $50.00 for apartments and $70.00 for homes without product considered.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Bachelors, organizations thru an employer, and my self!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently haven't been cleaning but can recall different cleaning endeavors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Shop around and only accept work that you feel has quality.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should be sure that the experience benefits them and makes them feel complete.
