What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a time to meet, find out there wants and dreams , meet with again to go over the quote, and schedule work if desired
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school at Blackhawk Technical College in a Turf and construction program

There really is no standard pricing system, with so much variety, there is no way
How did you get started in this business?
I started working for development companies clearing fields and shaping the land and one day help a customer grade his backyard and found a different kind of satisfaction in doing more personalized jobs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with some customers who just wanted a patch of grass fixed, all the way to completely landscaping a full acre size yard with irrigation, retaining walls, and patio
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am currently working with a customer who had hired someone last year and did not have such good luck with them, I spent 2 hours with them on my intial visit and was explaining some of the processes to do certain things. They were very appreciative and asked me if I could recommend other professionals to do some other jobs around the house and today they happier with less stress because of it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You must be comfortable with that person, they should have insurance
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Don't be afraid to do a little research on what it takes to do the job you want them to do, and then ask them questions. Test there knowledge of what they say they can do
