I am also a retired RN and restarted my business here in Portland in January 2022!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person to see the space to be cleaned and/or a phone interview sometimes is enough to gage how much time a job will entail!
I discuss with the client their expectations and wishes for the job and then we schedule a date to do the work!
