Our career in home remodeling started in 2002. With alomst 20 years in the business, Lea has worked with home owners, architects, engineers, designers, sub-contractors and her crew to achieve beautiful and lasting results. Staying on top of building trends and material advancements in our industry is a second passion, we are a part of the National Builders Association and other trades associations to keep home owners informed of ever changing building solutions.

How did you get started in this business?
Lea Dean started her remodeling career in 2002 with AA General Contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. Passionate about the PNW, Lea is now a resident of Tacoma bringing her career and expertise along she founded Salish Sea Construction here in Washington. Licensed, insured and boded in the state of Washington.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners wanting to update the space for several reasons: Curb appeal, Selling and want a great offer, Home Office is needed, Update the home to match lifestyle, Rental updates and so many other reasons. We enjoy each and every project.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We attend national building tradeshows annually. In 2020 we were unable to attend due to Covid however we are look forward to rejoinging collegues, vendors and designers to brainstorm brining more fabulous ideas to our homeowners.
