What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Accessing the area you want cleaned and the severity of the clean. We will also figure out what days and times work for you and what type of clean you are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of residential home cleaning under my business and the business I previously worked for.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $40 per hour with residential home cleaning that has been lived in. As for empty homes this will need to priced.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked for my friends mom in her cleaning business until she retired. Once she retired I decided to move forward in my business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with apartment complexes for move ins and move outs. Along with realtors with their properties. Residential cleaning I have also done with reoccurring customers and one time situations.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My current client wanted their bathroom more organized so I decided to surprise her with some clear organizers that made a huge difference along with detail clean. She was more than satisfied with the ending result.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always ask for exactly what your looking for and see if they outsource for labor because those people might not be trained properly how the owner or regular employees would clean.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long would it take someone to clean what I'm asking for? How much would I pay someone to do the job (usually low) and double it?
