Every opportunity is so different we can not put a one size fits all approch. We are very flexible and willing to work with our customers to reach acceptable terms.
How did you get started in this business?
Working with my father-in-law on site prep and development of land. Building houses and various dwellings for him. Working with him to secure contractors. So I decided to become one.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types- Land owners- built houses for them. Apartment management companies. Home Owners for painting, remodels, siding, porches, decks, patio slabs, and covers. Roofing all phases.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always check License- if they are a licensed GC they are automatically Bonded via the license. Make sure the insurance is up to date-
if you hire a roofer that is not licensed or any pretend contractor you are liable for any damage they cause even if it is too themselves.
inotherwords they can sue you for liable if they get hurt. Several are travelers and or fraudsters on here due to the fact they do not check licensing!!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is realistic vs. what I think it should cost!! In otherwords do I know what the cost of materials are? Price of lumber is up 400% over last year depending on wood products. Alternative building materials may be cheaper? Is it possible for me to do the project using alternatives? Add 20% just for unseen issues depending on project-Home builds and remodels especially!!
