What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend that new clients have the all day 8-hour special. When arranging the service we discuss with the client the recommended number of hours according to the square footage and condition of the home. This varies from client to client depending on what the specific personalization needs are.
We also recommend that other service appointments be arranged for when the housekeeper will not be in the home. Discuss the home security system and alarm with the housekeeper.

The pricing system is set in place by hours. There is a minimum of 2 hours for a clean.
