What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we work with a potential new customer and go over with them what their needs are and what they are looking to achieve to see if our company is a good fit for them. We then schedule a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has been in the painting business for over 28 years. We have been members of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) for many years keeping consistantly up to date on the latest advances in the painting industry. We are continously expanding our education when it comes to the latest processes and procedures.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each and every project is unique, therefore a standard pricing system would not be the best way for our business. We would need to give a detailed estimate after an appointment with a customer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the years, we have worked with all walks of life both rich and poor. We treat every customer the same and give our very best at what we do.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always, always check for a contractor's proper licensing with the state and local taxing agencies. Also making sure the company you choose has a clean criminal background check for the owners of the company and their employees. Checking for good credit references from their suppliers is also a safe procedure. (You don't want to have to pay twice for your materials or subcontractors.)

Before calling a professional about their project, customers should be ready with a clear plan on what they are looking to have done.
