Greenlake Painting was founded August 1998. That means we have been in business for 19 years in the Seattle area. We have a crew of 15 people with experience ranging 1 to 18 years at Greenlake.
The best part of painting is the instant reward. We can take a tired old house, and in a week or so bring it back to new. It's a joy to see an old house or tired paint job revived.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call or email. I call or email you back and we set a time for an estimate. After the estimate Greenlake Painting Inc will send you a written bid, and you can decide if you want to hire us or not.
Once job is set, we issue a preliminary invoice for 20%, and then put you on the schedule.
When the time comes for your project we contact you, get our tools to your job-site, and introduce you to your foreman.
When project is complete and you are happy we invoice for final payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Greenlake Painting is lead certified.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We mostly do residential repaint and remodel. We specialize in high end trim packages, cabinets, and complicated paint schemes.
We work in occupied and unoccupied houses.
We have done a few restaurants like: Space Needle, Ray's Boat House, Restaurant Zoe, The Bait House, and Molly Moon's.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Call three comparable painters and get quotes before you decide.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Scope is the most important. What are you trying to accomplish.
