What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients reach out to us with their cleaning needs, which run from deep cleaning, recurring services, move-ins/outs, post remodel and construction cleaning services. We communicate directly with each client either via email or by direct phone contact, whichever works best for the client.
We determine what type of cleaning is needed and discuss the specifics of the what they would like accomplished. We focus on serving each client and property, understanding that each has its own needs and requirements.
